Allow 1 hour for this visit.
During this meeting, I will assist you in completing the "Notice of Intended Marriage Form".
     (You are welcomed to download and fill in this form prior to meeting)
This form must be filled out at least one month and one day prior to the wedding day. This form will be valid for 18 months.


Please bring with you, at least:
* Passport and Birth certificate (or equivalent).
* In addition, if you have been married before, please bring your Divorce papers and any other relevant documents.
* If you were a widow(er), please bring the Death certificate.
You must bring all original document and a certified copy of each
A Lodgement Fee is also payable on the first visit.
Further payment will be discussed depending on your requirements of what is involved.
We will also discuss in detail any of your queries, the type of ceremony that you are looking for and compose the activities for the day.
If required, I would be happy to provide you with the choices of vows and readings.
