 My name is Rosanna Kwong. I am an authorised Marriage Celebrant appointed by the Commonwealth. Marriage is regulated under the Marriage Act 1961 and all marriages in Australia must be conducted in accordance with this Act. I have conducted hundreds of marriage ceremonies in the past 10 years and have assisted many couples from a variety of cultural and ethnic background in understanding the legal aspect of matrimony in Australia. I also provide considerable effort to help couples who required special needs. If required, I could also perform the ceremony in Mandarin, Cantonese and English. |

As a celebrant, my responsibilities are more than just informing couples of the nature of marriage in the terms set out in the Marriage Act during the actual ceremony. I also provide assistance or advice regarding any matters that arise prior to and after the marriage ceremony. This is to ensure I could help you in composing a memorable ceremony which is tailored to your needs.
